These Terms & Conditions are between you and Agoge Workout ("Agoge", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the Agoge training application, website and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

Agoge provides digital training programs, workout and nutrition tracking, progress analytics, AI-assisted coaching ("The Oracle"), community features, and related digital content. Membership tiers (free, AGOGE Core, AGOGE+) are described on our membership page. We may update features over time; the core of what you paid for will not be removed without notice.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not misuse the Service. That includes, without limitation:

• Using the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
• Infringing intellectual property rights — yours, ours, or anyone else's;
• Interfering with the Service's security or infrastructure (malware, probing, scraping, automated abuse);
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service or its content;
• Harassing other members or posting unlawful content in community areas.

The Service, including its software, programs, designs, logos, documentation and branding, is owned by Agoge Workout and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your membership tier. Content you post (for example in the community feed) stays yours; you grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Memberships renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Agoge provides training and nutrition information for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. You train at your own risk.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agoge Workout is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. When your access ends, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export or deletion of your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights.
