Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your purchase receipt email. You can also reach us through the app and we will help you start the request.

Paddle's own Refund Policy applies to the handling of your request. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, this can take a few business days.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but is not by itself a refund request — if you also want money back for the current period, request it within the 30-day window above. After a refund, your membership access ends.
